National Snack began in a flat above an amp shop in the alley behind Denmark Street, London. Since then we've taken the scenic route from big showy pomp and feathers to stomping stamping acoustic and back again. We've played dirthole venues and we've played (almost) untouched islands. We've played in Boxted and we've played in Russia.

But now, dear Snacksters, we have what we think is the line-up of all line-ups and a new set of recordings to shower you with. It's mungrul music and we love it.

Joe and Gem would like to thank all those who have involved and un-involved themselves in National Snack line-ups over the past few years and all those who will do so in the future.

Thank you in no particular order to Chaz, Weisan, Andy, David, Pete, Alejandro, Erin, Alejandro R, Kimwei, Dave S, Dave B. Special thanks go to Carmen and Phil both of whom offered huge amounts of their time and energy, not to mention their personal lives, in the pursuit of Snacky music.

Special mention goes to Dame Jessica Butch Valentine. We miss you. May your eventual successors chassis never rust.
